Erythritol / Erythritol

Erythritol is a so-called sugar alcohol which is usually obtained by the conversion of carbohydrates. It is characterized by its good tolerance and similar sweetness to sugar (about 70%) compared to other sugar alcohols, which makes it a very suitable sweetener for most applications. It is also well suited for combination with stevia extracts to make tabletop sweeteners. Erythritol is also available in organic quality.
